Tara is a lifelong learner; a Geotechnical Engineer, has a Bachelors degree in Geographic Information Systems, certificates in Technical Writing, Lean & Continuous Improvement, Quality Management, and Coaching. She is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, and a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals. Tara has presented all over North America sharing 20+ years of adoption projects in geomatics, pipeline integrity, GIS, ISO, regulatory compliance and engineering operations.
