Maya is a strategic leader with a PhD in Chemical Engineering and has more than 20 years of experience in engineering design, project management, digital, data and analytics and decarbonization.
Because of her unique experience as an engineer with digital and data knowledge, she can very well translate business needs to digital opportunities. She was a key player at the digital transformation of TC Energy; some of her achievements are solution identification for emission data reporting, development of decarbonization technology roadmap, championing the formation of TC Energy data strategy team, leading establishment of data governance, advising in development of data platform roadmap, design, and development of a high performing predictive maintenance platform for compressor units. Maya recently joint Nova Chemicals as a Product Manager - Digital Enablement leading five value streams including Procurement, Capital Projects, Financial Operation & Corporate Functions such as Sustainability.
