Hilary Nindorf is the finance leader for Chevron’s global ERP transformation program, leveraging SAP S/4HANA. The program will deliver fit-to-standard, enterprise solutions, which form the backbone for continuous innovation for Chevron’s digital platforms. Hilary received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She started her career in economic and risk consulting, before joining Chevon in 2007 on its Finance MBA Development Program. Hilary has since held a variety of finance roles in Upstream, Downstream, Corporate, Service Companies, and Digital. She enjoys reading and traveling, and is the parent of two active, curious boys. So far, she can still beat her children at Monopoly, but perhaps not for long. Hilary and her family live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
