Greg Fagnan is an accomplished senior leader with 28 years of experience across the Industrial Operating Envelope. Greg started his career as a technologist and performed several technological implementations around the world.
Greg led an Upstream Energy operating asset from 35,000bpd to 400,000bpd, Greg pivoted to Partnering. Frustrated by competing with others in the Alberta energy mix, ultimately penalizing its collective cost structure, Greg developed a peer-group coopetition strategy and founded the Regional Oil Sands Alliance.
Upon completion of a specialized mid-career grad degree, Greg moved into advanced analytics and applied AI serving industrial customers around the world. Expanding on his drive, Greg then joined the Energy Transformation sector to help secure investment and bring material Indigenous ownership to major infrastructure projects.
Today, as part of Accenture’s Industry X practice, Greg helps energy sector clients continuously improve base business: safety, productivity, efficiency, and compliance.
