Dr. Omolade Saliu is the IBM Distinguished Engineer and Chief Data Scientist at IBM Canada. With over two decades of experience implementing AI solutions across multiple industries, he leads IBM Canada’s AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technical teams, driving the design and implementation of innovative, enterprise-scale AI solutions that deliver business value.
He has spearheaded numerous pioneering AI and optimization initiatives, producing significant and sustained impact for clients. An accomplished inventor and thought leader, Omolade holds 12 patents, intellectual properties, and publications. He is an IBM Certified Data Scientist Thought Leader and an Open Group Certified Distinguished Data Scientist.
