Michelle Uzick, currently based in Houston, Texas, has been involved in land data management for nearly two decades. Her initial exposure to this field was through the oil and gas industry. After joining Pandell, her scope of work expanded to include various energy sectors such as linear rights, pipelines, wind, and solar.

At Pandell, Michelle handles Land Records projects with a focus on maintaining data entry standards. Her role also includes providing expertise on land records within the company. In addition, she leads the advanced AI research division at Pandell, where she seeks to incorporate efficiencies in the Land Records services process.

Her educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in General Business from the University of Houston-Downtown and a Master's degree in Health Education from the University of Texas-Austin. She also has certifications in Petroleum Land Management and Advanced Professional Land Management from the University of Houston-Downtown.

Before Pandell, Michelle served as the initial full-time Land Records Team Lead at LandWorks. There, she was responsible for ensuring the quality of data entry performed by her team of Land Records Specialists. However, she sees her role as less about individual achievements and more about being part of a team that delivers value to the company and its clients.
