Dean has 30+ years experience as a software developer, business analyst, IT Manager, and Account Executive. This includes 20 years within various oil and gas producers, and 10 years with software development companies.

Dean ran his own consulting company with project teams who worked for Land departments of oil and gas companies. They serviced 100+ clients over 10 years. The work was Land Management software focused and included A&D activities, along with project management, custom reporting, system conversion work, integrations, and software development.

Dean’s favourite word is perseverance, as anything can be accomplished with a lot of perseverance.

He spends his leisure time playing hockey and golf, then being repaired by his son in his Osteopathic clinic, along with being trained by his daughter in her gym.
